The seer studio is located in the heart of Forest Row. A simple temple space devoted to the deep feminine.

This class involves pathways and technique so we may expand our bodies into new territory, release habitual blocks and deepen into our being.
The technique rooted in many generations of belly dance, Indian Classical dance aesthetics and somatic practices deeply devoted to :
nurturing groundedness (Earth)

softening and releasing into the pelvis (Water)
